Does anyone have a Blythe doll?

I would really really want a blythe doll but they are soo expensive =(
So I thought I can try searching for one here on my blog.

If any of you have a blythe doll that you want to sell at a cheap price / swap, I'd be sooo happy!
She doesnt need to look so fine, the hair may look anyhow. I can try to re-root her. I have longed for a doll a while. there is so much fun you can do with them. making clothes would be SO fun.  

So if you know someone who has an extra doll so please let me know =)

I LOOOVE this scale!

I have never had so much fun doing miniatures! I LOVE the 1:48 scale =)
I have been focusing on one of the childrens room right now and have made a few stuff for that room.

I´ve been makeing some books. before I made books in 1:12 and they were so tiny and cute but look at this! I´m so amazed by this scale and how tiny it is, and you can still see what book it is =) It´s crazy =) the books are just a few millimeters.

Then I glued every one on the little shelves. Next time I will use some tweezers ;)

And this is the room so far. this is so fun!

This is what happened with the house since last update =) 

I have added a photowall, made of photos of my son, my mom, me when I was a child and when I was pregnant, And pictures of a deer, a tree, a heart in the snow, and one where it sais GOD =)
Wery tiny but you can see it when you look close =) And I have also made a "box" that will be a fireplace =) Then I have made the kitchenisland and painted it, and started to think want kind of chairs I will have by the kitchen table. Picture of that comes later.
You can also se that I have made a roof now. And in the evening the people that lives there turn on the lights =)

Update again on the 1:48 house

How hard can it be to post photos next to each other on the blog?? I'm going crazy! I have tried to post pictures three times but it all goes wrong. I give up and they will be under each other then...
 
I finally got up the wallpaper and flooring in all rooms. It is so small so it's a little hard to take pictures of all the rooms. I have started doing some furniture. The kitchen is started and I have done a green child bed.

Inspiration for my 1:48 house

I will do as the interior design blogs, when they put up the inspiration for the rooms as a collage . 

Yesterday I searched for wallpaper to my 1:48 house. I want to have it modern but saw a really nice photo wallpaper and I saw  what I should do = ) At first I had thought of doing a nature theme in only one of the bathrooms , when you´ll enter the the tiny bathroom- suddenly you are in  a forest and that will be the wowfactor of the house. Theree you can sit on the toilet and dreaming away.But once I had put up the wallpaper I realized that it would be really nice to have that as a theme throughout the house. It should not be too much, for I still want the house modern and simple, but it will be a little bit of nature in all rooms , more or less .

So at the bottom you can see then how the wallpaper in the small bathroom looks. It will be dark wallpaper on the other walls and green carpet that looks like moss or grass. Then I had planned to make a toilet paper holder of a small stick and it should sit a mini bird on . Maybe a mushroom decoration on the floor.In he living room it shall be a fireplace with hanging chairs, maybe lounge chairs or a sofa ,blankets and other cozy stuff = )In the master bedroom there should be a wallpaper with a misty forest. it´s very beautiful, a big bed with lot of pillows on top.

In one of the children's rooms there will be gray wooden floors and white walls. Of course, there should be pennants =) It will be many beautiful colors in the decor of the room, while it's a bit simpler colors in the other rooms. And a dollhouse should be there too =)

I have not planned all the rooms yet (I always want to have a picture in my head before I start to put in things) But the house is really fun to do and it really is another experience to do a house with a open roof instead of a house that is open on the front.

Now I have made windows and higher walls. Tomorrow I´ll start makeing the furniture and wallpapers =) this is fun =)

My first 1:48 scale house

This is my new project. A house in 1:48 scale. I just got the walls done and now I´ll start cutting out doors and windows. To be continued =)
