How to make fabric crumple, draped, nice folded, or just messy looking.
This is how I did it:
I doublefolded and cut out a piece of tin foil, a little bigger than the mattress.
Then I cut out the fabric I had chosen, a little larger than the foil.
Glue the entire area of foil that lies against the fabric so that it is fixed to it.

I put glue on all sides of the foil and folded the fabric.
And it´s done!
Then you can fold the fabric as you want it.
(and you can also do the same method on curtains)

Maybe the minipeople have a cat lying under the covers.

ReplyDeleteHello =) Yes, I took a look at your blog and I am so happy to see all the nice miniatures you have there =) And I also saw that you had made a summary of 2012, it's such a good idea! I think I also will do that. It's fun for readers but I think that it can also be fun for yourself to see later what you did in the past year =) Have you been working on something over the weekend? It will be fun to follow what you do. All the best! Anna
DeleteUna idea genial, iré al blog de Anna, feliz semana:)
ReplyDeleteI think I write in English when I reply to your comments, I use google translate to see what you have written and translated into Spanish when I answer, but it's probably easier to write in English =) Have a good week you!
DeleteWhat a great idea!
ReplyDeleteIt looks very authentic and the great thing is you can change it!

Yes this is a great thing to make it easier to fold things into place =)
DeleteHi Anna,
ReplyDeleteYou have interpreted Elizabeths studioeminiatures.blogspot.ca perfectly. What a great series of crumpled bedding!!!
Janine
Thank you Janine =) Im glad you like it =) take care!
DeleteVa smart!
DeleteThank you for sharing your knowledge with us. This idea I must try to remember.
